📦 Return & Refund Policy – Veeveen™
At VeeVeen™, your satisfaction always comes first. We stand behind the quality of our pet products, and if for any reason you’re not completely happy, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
The product is unused and in its original condition
All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is available
⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a prepaid return label to send the item back.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a replacement or a full refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened personal care, LED, or electronic products
Customized or personalized items
Final-sale or clearance products
Perishable goods
Hazardous items (e.g., flammable or spray products)
🔄 Exchanges
Want to exchange your item for another product?
Simply return the original item, and once your refund is processed, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may return any unused item for a full refund — no explanation needed.
Conditions:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
🕒 Note: Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out through our support page.
